Estate Planning– Our firm will communicate with you to learn about your needs, and tailor an estate plan that will fulfill your goals. Through the use of wills, healthcare directives (living wills and healthcare surrogates), durable powers of attorney, and testamentary trusts, we help you and your loved ones resolve the many important legal decisions that may arise in the event of your death or incapacity.

Probate Administration- We will help you manage the estate of a loved one in a professional, sensitive, and cost-effective manner. We often represent clients who live out of the state, or even the country, but have relatives that reside here or own assets in Florida. Our probate administration services include determining the proper form of the estate administration for each particular estate and handling the required legal work for that administration.  Mr. Lewis and his staff work with real estate brokers and appraisers for estates involving real estate.  Mr. Lewis can identify important tax issues and he works with various CPAs and tax preparers to meet tax return requirements.  He also guides clients in regard to creditors' claims and payment of the decedents' debts.  Mr. Lewis assists with final distribution of the estates' assets and he oversees the closing of the estates.

Real Estate– If you are looking to buy or sell a home, condo, commercial property, or other real property, we can assist you in preparing the necessary contracts. Although we do not handle closings, we do represent buyers and sellers up to and at closings.
